A melting pot, as Miami is. The Guest is in the Russian heart of the sunshine capital. Their owners had a similar concept in NYC before moving to Miami and opening this spot at a street mall, filling it with a hipster-chic vibe. The chef: Argentinian. The menu: between new American and very Mediterranean. Comfort food, ideal for sharing. The most wanted are the octopus, a Spanish classic, and the bucatini, an Italian classic. The ambiance is very loungey, perfect for having some drinks while you taste various dishes and listen to good music, sometimes live. If you are near North Miami Beach, it's a good option.
