INGREDIENTS:
1 4/5 cups of softened butter
1 cup of dry cherries
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vainilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
5 cup AP flour
1 ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
1 Preheat the oven to 350F (175 C)
2 Cream together the butter and sugars
3 In another bowl beat the eggs with the vanilla. Add it to the butter mixture in 2 parts
3 Combine the baking soda, salt and flour and add it to the butter and egg mixture
4 Add the chocolate chunks and cherries. Mix well and let it cool in the fridge until firm
5 Make 50 gr balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake it for about 10 - 12 minutues
