Juicy, sotf, finger liking good BBQ Ribs

we got another easy recipe witout high tech, now we are making Barbecue Ribs

For this you dont need a Bbq or a SousVide only the oven, the ribs, the sauce and yourself

Serves 2

You'll need:

4lbs of Pork Ribs

1 cup of mirepoix

1 jar of your favorite BBQ sauce

A few dashes of Lea Perrins

Olive Oil

Hot sauce (optional)

1 Cook the ribs in a pot with water, salt and the mirepoix. Let the water boil, cover it, turn the heat down to low and slow simmer for about two hours and a half. Once the time elapsed remove the ribs from the pot and let them cool a bit. Meanwhile set your oven to 375 F.

2 For the sauce mix the jar of bbq sauce with a few dashes of Lea Perrins and a drizzle of olive oil, if you like it spicy add some hot sauce.

3 Glace your ribs with the BBQ sauce on both sides and stick them in the oven. Repeat this procedure every 10-15min for 3-4 times.
